The above logo is for an coffee and internet bar in Launceston.  The target demographic is male and female aged 20-60 years.  The brief stated that the logo must be two colours only using 2 typefaces.  A corporate package was also requested including business card, letterhead, fax form etc.

An exercise in looking at things that make alphabetic shapes.  I chose items from around the house.  As a result my word is HOUSE!  Images taken on digital camera and uploaded to Photoshop for editing and final arrangement.

This poster is directed at businesses and gives some tips on saving water in the workplace.  Water is a very precious resource and care needs to be taken to conserve where possible.

Fruitshop logo

I found this assignment really interesting.  I enjoyed the process of having to associate words with images.  This process was made even more interesting because the brief stated we could not use fruit shapes.  I came up with loads of ideas and combinations and finally settled on this design because of the contemporary design, the use of colour and simple yet easily recognisable logo.

Shoes and Cars......

I loved this exercise and the process of the thinking through what kind of typeface could be associated with an image.
